一、 Introduction of Project

1.1  Project Name

Architectural Scheme Design Bidding of Shenzhen Nanshan Smart City (Six Street of the  Liu Xian Dong)Project

1.2 Project Background

Total investment is about 9 billion Yuan.

The project is located in Xili Area of Shenzhen Nanshan District and the construction site is Six Street in Liuxiandong Headquarters Base which extends to University Town in the east, Shenzhen Bay Park in the south. It’s one of key areas for developing Shenzhen emerging industries of strategic importance.

The total project plot area is about 11.81ha, including high-tech industrial land(M0) of 9.55ha, green space(G1) of 0.17ha, agro-land(E2) of  0.41ha and urban roads(S2) of 1.68ha. The total construction area is 76.12 hectares, consisting 64.72 hectares for administration, 4.2 hectares for business, and 7.2 hectares for accommodation.

1.4 Bidding Goal

Nanshan government is positioning Six Street as a base for new strategic industries and research centers with functions of M0 new industries, research labs, science and technology achievement display platform and providing facilities for culture and sports. The international bidding intends to create an industrial innovation highland, talent accumulation hub and prime example of green intelligence by making this area an urban complex of corporate headquarters, technology research centers and supporting services.

Liuxiandong Six Street will be built as a flexible open creative space according to what innovation enterprises require for R&D needs which is mainly for new information technology industries, bio-pharmaceuticals and pan health industries and AI industries. Apart from R&D, land for science and technology such as research labs and technological achievement display platform, etc. shall be added during the construction.

1.5 Project content

The project task mainly contains: 1. Planning and design proposal; 2. Architectural scheme design; 3. Detailed scheme design; 4. Scheme effect reviews of consultants; 5. Review and control on construction cooperation and on-site effects; 6. Concept design for landscape plan; 7. Three dimensional preliminary design
